Here's whats is all about -
This is a 28 days Military Fitness Training Program.You will be working 6 days a week and 2 times a day.
What ?
Yes 2 times a day. There will be a morning session and an evening one.
In morning you bulk & in the evening you cut.
Morning sessions are Heavy on weights and low on reps i.e drop-sets 12,10,8, rest time is a minute or 2 minute.
Evening sessions same workout but high on reps ranging from 25-30-40. rest period is 45 sec-30 sec
Because when you are on a Treadmill, running you burn a great amount of calories but as soon as get off that treadmill that's it., your body stops burning calories.
But when you lift weights your body doesn't burn the same amount of calorie like running on treadmill, but your body will burn calories all day long.
So take your pick 24 hour of burning calories or 1 hour of burning calories.
One more thing you will working your abs every single workout.
why?
Your abs have a stronger endurance level than any other muscles, because whenever you are working any body part you are training your abs ,engaging them every single time, so they can be pushed.
