Building Blocks



These are the 3 main Building Blocks for Making the body you always wanted  -
1.Diet
2.Training
3.Supplements 


DIET

Take all the crap out of your kitchen -
I mean all that junk food you have stored in your kitchen like white chocolate mini cupcakes, chocolate,     biscuits, mini cupcakes, mini blueberry muffins, ice cream, various chocolate, lollies, packets of chips etc. 
Learn to love veggies, especially the green ones. 

Drink
Don't even for one second think of that beer in your refrigerator !!!
I mean you should drink as much water as you can in a day.It's easy to do that in summers but it's a challenge in winters. Yes a CHALLENGE, do you accept it?
Water helps to flush out all the toxin your body creates, it keeps your skin healthy.
Water has many benefits and no side effects, and that's the only thing you should remember. Keep Drinking.

Time period between each meal
This is a crucial and most important step, which will increase your metabolism drastically.
The idea behind eating 6-8 SMALL meals a day is to make your body think that you are getting enough energy from food regularly and continuously and your body can now stop storing energy as fat and increase body's metabolism.

TRAINING 

If you have made up your mind to change your fucking life, then my friend it's now time for the real work.
If you are one of the person who is looking to cut the belly fat, then you should be doing more cardio and I mean really more.
For most of the people Running, playing high intensity games like basketball, football, free running etc. helps. But for some they don't want to go out.

What you can do is try some home fitness programs, there are a whole bunch of varieties and the only name shining is

These programs are basically can be of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days .
30 days-highly highly really highly intense

90 days- intense

They just have launched a new product  which they call "Les Mills for combat". From the looks it will strike only one word  'Martial Arts'.
I haven't tried that one yet, so can't really comment.


SUPPLEMENTS

If you are one of those persons who think there is any similarities between supplements and steroids, then do me a favor and put your finger in the electric socket and listen - Supplements are there to provide same thing as other food provide. People take supplements because they can't get enough protein,vitamins, etc. directly from eating normal food or they want to increase there protein intake or other things, but they need to eat a lot, lot, lot more so they switch over to protein.
On, the contrary Anabolic androgenic steroids are synthetic derivatives of the male hormone testosterone that are taken to build muscle, enhance performance, and improve appearance. The drug’s anabolic or “muscle-building” effects help the body retain protein, a necessary building block for the growth of muscles, bones, and skin. The androgenic or “masculinizing” effects cause the development of a deep voice, facial and body hair, muscle mass, and aggressiveness. Unfortunately, steroid abusers risk a variety of unwanted side effects, some of which are irreversible.

You can experiment with various supplements available in market.
If you are buying a Beach body product they have good supplement too, do check them.
